About NT Public Holidays

What we publish

We publish public holiday dates, regional or special holiday information, planning guides and links to official sources. Our goal is to make holiday information quick to find without hiding important local exceptions.

Sources and checking

The primary official source for this site is Northern Territory Government. Future calendars may use recurring statutory rules or established official patterns until the year-specific calendar is published. Those dates should be rechecked once the official table becomes available.

Editorial approach

Pages are structured for clear answers, search visibility and accessibility. Dates, geographic scope and unusual entitlements are kept separate so a regional holiday is not accidentally presented as a universal day off.
